Orange Blossom Express Flowers & Gifts

This shop is not dependable. Ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday. Contacted the florist around 4:30pm on Saturday when the flowers I ordered had not been delivered. I was told by the owner that he would check on the order and contact me with an update. I never received a call back on Saturday. I called the owner again on Monday and was told that the shop would not be able to fulfill my order due to a staff member being hospitalized and they would issue a refund.

This florist is not dependable or trustworthy and is giving other local florists in the Flowershop Network a bad name. I send an order through the network to them the week prior to Easter to be filled the day before Easter. Nothing was ever delivered. I called them repeatedly and was told the owner was out of town but that he would deliver something that day. Another week passed and nothing was delivered. I then called Flowershop Network to report them and miraculously they delivered the next day (two weeks late), except instead of delivering what I had ordered which was a flowering azalea or a similar plant that could be planted outdoors, they delivered an orchid of no where near the value of the $70 they had been sent. Other florists beware, do not send them orders through FSN.
