Floor Mart replaced the carpet in my master bedroom and it was a great experience. Lisa the sales consultant was very helpful and communicated all the information to me in a timely manner. I have been doing business with Floor Mart West for years. They just very recently replace flooring for me in 4 bedroom, 2 hallways, and the stairs. Their selection is excellent, their product knowledge is excellent, and their installers are second to none. They actually did the entire installation, including removal of the old flooring, in one day. They are not a high stress sales type of store. They are helpful and going into their store is more like going into someones home rather that a glitzy over lit big box place. Second time dealing with Lisa and Floor Mart West. The service and quality from 5 years ago impressed us so much when they recovered the first floor of the house that they were in the running for the 2nd floor. Things did not change (thankfully)! Customer service - beyond excellent, Lisa loves her job serving others and it shows. Excellent selection, and fair prices. Quality outstanding for carpet, materials and installation. Because of work schedule, they came out on a Saturday, no additional charge. Sabino and his team came in, removed carpet and padding on stairs, hallway and 2 bedrooms, cleaned-up, vacuumed and were out in less than 5 hours. Everyone 110% professional. HIGHLY recommended.
