We chose Carpet One on the recommendation from a friend and so glad we took his advice. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend using this company for your flooring needs! 10/10!!

AWFUL CARPET BUYING EXPERIENCE! STOLEN PROPERTY DURING CARPET INSTALLATION! Let me first say that Sharon was great and this review as no reflection on her. Other than Sharon my whole carpet experience was terrible. I really regret going with carpet one. My carpet installation was awful. The installers made huge slice marks on my baseboards. My wife and I just bought our house and repainted all the baseboards only for carpet one to ruin them. I know some cuts my occur installing carpet but there was multiple huge cut marks on the baseboards in my bedroom. They also put a hole in my closet door. Those damages were not the worst thing that happened. The installers stole my electric drill set and drill bits from my house. So please be aware when the carpet installers come because things may be stolen. You would think with the damages and stolen drills that the people at carpet would be more understanding but they were not. When I told Steve of the stolen drills all he said was sorry and there was really nothing they could do about it. It was only until I asked to speak with the owner of carpet one that something was done. The leader of the installation crew called me and said he would pay me back for the stolen drills only after trying to talk down the price of the drills and drill bits. Back to the repairs carpet one sent a repair man out to my house for the repairs and did a horrible job. They were just going to patch the hole in the door with this big plastic patch that looked awful so I said no that wont work and would like my door replaced. I talked with Steve and he said they would get me a new door ordered and installed. Three weeks go by and nothing from carpet one so I call them only to find out no door was ordered or anything. I finally get someone to come out to my house to replace my door and he bought the wrong door. He also took my door off and said he would be back the next day. Next day comes and goes no word from carpet one. A week goes by before I have to call them back only to find out they are going to send someone else out to replace my door. It would have been nice for them to call and tell me that instead of me having to call them. I go about 2 weeks with no closet door before someone finally comes and puts one on. Awful carpet buying experience and Im glad to be done with carpet one. Will never buy carpet from them again.
