We needed a lot of work on my mother's house prior to putting it on the market. We live in Florida. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the entire process which took several months. Joe was a pleasure to work with, stayed in contact with me, was very helpful with suggestions , did not try to do more than was necessary. and ensured all work was done well. Any issue(and there weren't many) was promptly taken care of. He also took care of getting the exterior of the house getting ready to sell. It looks great!! I strongly recommend his company. I wish he was in Florida
