Hinson Brothers sent a man out for a service call. Quoted me a price on them replacing my 22 year old gas water heater. Gave me the option of me picking up a heater at a local supplier or with them doing the install with a heater they supplied. I opted to get my own heater and have them do the install. They responded promptly after I picked up my new heater and had it installed in less than an hour. It may have been a little trouble for me to go and get my own heater, but I appreciated them being willing to still do the install and help me save a little more money at the same time. By far one of the best plumbing companies I’ve ever worked with. Had an emergency leak under my sink and being a novice in home repair I was advised to call a professional. I spoke with Chelsea and she was a joy, very kind and courteous. Also spoke with the owner Randall with an equally great interaction. Had a younger gentleman named Matt come out not forty minutes after I called them! We went to Home Depot together to find exactly what was needed and also a slight tutorial while there. Got back to the house and he was done in under an hour! I must say that it’s rare to find such immediate, professional, courteous service. Especially nowadays! Come to find out they also offer bathroom remodeling services as well. I inadvertently found help for my next major project I’m planning out in a few months. Gabe Presnell and Matthew Rogers were the techs who came to my house to install a commode. They were friendly, courteous and respectful of me and my home. They had my new commode installed in no time. I would definitely use Hinson Brothers again!
