        IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. STAY AWAY. My daughter received an estimate from this company and they are horrific. Dawn was extremely rude, the customer service is atrocious, and the owner is very hateful. Do yourself a favor and just stay away.

        I booked my installation 2 1/2 months in advance to have it installed while I was in town. The owner agreed to that start date and I paid him 1/2 down in cash. DC Fence Pros was a no show the 1st day. After several calls I received a return call from the owner and it all began from there. He was belligerent and rude. He told me his other crew will start tomorrow. Well his "other" crew showed at 1230pm and left at 4pm and needed the "A" crew to stop by and show them how to do part of the install. The owner knew I would be leaving on Thursday and this was only 139ft of fence. I actually carried most of the supplies to the back to help speed things up. Anyways, there was much more but basically he told me he overbooks like the airlines and that this is South Carolina and not New York. The day after the job was done most of the fence caps fell off. I called him and asked that he glue them. He never showed. I did it myself. Dawn (his assistant) was very nice to deal with. Service: Vinyl fence installation

        I had a great experience using DC Fence. Dawn was polite got all the little details nailed down before ordering and installation. She kept me informed throughout the process, which was fast from my initial call to completion. She was there before the installation guys to go over the layout of the fence. The owner called a couple of times as well and gave me good news that my fence could be installed earlier than expected. The crew installing it were friendly, cleaned up the yard after they finished, communicated any questions about gate installation and how I wanted the fence to curve around the ditch since it wasnt going to be a symmetrical shape, and went above and beyond to help me carry heavy furniture and gym equipment from my POD. The fence looks great and I thought the price was reasonable for the size and quality of material. My dog now has a safe place to run outside. Service: Fence installation
