Fantastic experience with every member of the team! We had some water damage that required us to replace our entire floor. Palmetto worked with our insurance company through months of back-and-forth questions and answers and helped ensure we got what we needed. When we finally were able to get scheduled, they were quick to get in and get us taken care of. Every step of the way, the team was focused on quality. As with every major project there were issues that popped up and Jay was quick to communicate what it was, what they were doing about it, and any impact to timeline or budget. In the end, the project came in under budget and only slightly over on timeline. Thank you Jay, Laura, Bruno, Paulo, and Steven! We love the new floor!

We had a great experience installing a new floor with Palmetto Flooring Flooring and Restoration. Jay was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He helped to expedite the order and got our floor installed with time to spare. We were contacted by several people for each step along the way, each making sure the job was going well. The contractors were professional and courteous throughout. And the floor looks great! Very smooth and pleasant experience.

Came out on a Saturday worked all day long until it was finished didn't leave till almost 10:00 pm. Did not want us to be without a toilet for the weekend. so impressed with the quality of the work and the job ethic. Went above and beyond we are very satisfied and will definitely use again.
