Home Key Home Inspections was very thorough from start to finish in meeting our needs of a home inspection. They went above and beyond! Nick got onto the roof which inspectors in the past have not done. He even suited up and went into the crawl space. I have paid an inspector extra money before for a crawl space and all he did was poke his head in so I was very thrilled Nick actually got into the crawl space to take pictures of all that was going on. Picking this company saved us thousands of dollars!

Nick and his wife were both professional and kind. His report was excellent!!! Easy to follow and had great detail. I am out of state and purchased a home and had to rely on the inspection report and I could not have asked for anything better!! Easy to read, follow, great work ethic.
