        Everything that can be considered an upgrade from other builders, comes standard with DR Horton. If you are not building DR Horton, I'd say you paid too much for the amenities you didn't get. Ab Sanchez is so amazing to work with. He almost cared more than I did about picking out the perfect colors of my (comes standard) granite countertops, floors, carpets, outside siding, etc.
