My experience with Adams Life Link was excellent. They were called to the emergency facility to take me to rhe hospital. I was stable but had a serious scare and the staff was very caring and calm and they were very gentle with me. I found the experience very assuring. They had someone therecto monitor me and it made a big difference.

The most un-professional people that I have dealt with in a long time as if they did not know how to problem solve - they did not respect the home or the human being in their care - The worst experience.

I had a heart attack, and without further treatment, a major attack was pending. Adams Life Link was called to transport me to another hospital for the necessary surgery. The specialty hospital was waiting for me with a team in place to take me directly into surgery. They expected me to arrive around 5:00 PM. I didn't arrive until after 11:00 PM. because Adams Life Link didn't show up for over 5 hours. When I didn't arrive as scheduled, the surgical team waiting for me was disbanded. Adams' Life Link was called multiple times because they they were a no show. Adams Life Link gave various excuses...multiple times the hospital personnel were told the ambulance was on it's way, and would arrive in 20 minutes. When they were finally challenged on this, their excuse was traffic was heavy. They lied. In fact, we found out later they had no one to send but didn't want to lose the transport to another service, so they put my life at risk for all those hours while they waited until they could send someone. I will be filing a formal complaint with state about their lack of concern for human life.
