Habitable Form

Chelsea has been a dream to work with! We were looking for an architect that could translate our vision of a contemporary, yet warm and organic home on our marsh/ocean front property on Edisto Island, South Carolina. I am an interior designer so I was also looking for someone that would collaborate well and share ideas. My husband and I are thrilled with the plans and can't wait to build this special and unique dream home. Chelsea is organized and efficient, She is a great listener and comes to the table with beautiful concepts and ideas that are still practical and livable. We have loved the process and would highly recommend Chelsea!

Chelsea Anderson of Habitable Form recently completed our house plans. We had an excellent experience working with Chelsea and we are extremely pleased with the final design of our new home on Kiawah. She is professional, responsive, extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable in her field of architecture. The design of our home progressed in a very timely manner - even though she had her second baby in the middle of our design process! We are so excited to start construction on our mutual vision.

The design process with Chelsea was so much more than we ever expected designing our home could be. Not only is she an incredibly gifted architect, her ability to translate who we are as people into the home of our dreams is remarkable. She is patient, creative, responsive, encouraging and up for a challenge. Our budget was not big by todays standards, but she found ways to creatively and attractively incorporate our must haves without breaking the budget thus giving us the dream home we really didnt think possible given our budget. We are so thankful for her and would highly recommend her to our friends and family.
