Mike's team was awesome! They were courteous, professional, informative and responsive. I am retired military and a South Carolina educator. As such, I am very meticulous and demand good customer service. D'Lynn it certainly one of the most professional and kind-hearted that I've dealt with. Preston and Jesse are also great! We have used CMS several times now and they are the best. Office and scheduling staff are always professional and helpful. The service gentlemen however, are just amazing every time. This last time they came out for gutter cleaning and some new gutter installation, they went out of their way to trim back a couple of tree limbs that had grown out and were now touching the roof, which made Mother VERY happy. We know they are going to always do excellent, professional work, but going above and beyond for customer service, the "little things," makes a huge difference. The team that came out initially was very quick to fix the issue with my roof. I was at work at the time so I was not able to talk with them about the repair. I called them again to have them come out to clean the gutters, and was able to meet the team. The team they sent was very professional and knew a lot about roofing and gutter issues. They took before- and after-photos and sent them to me to ensure that the job was done right. In my opinion, they went above and beyond.
