      image They might do decent mechanic work, but unfortunately customer service is not their strong suit. A friend recommended this shop, having the same issue we are currently experiencing. The woman at the front desk, who let me know she was the owner, was incredibly rude. This was our first and last experience with Slack Automotive.

      image The mechanics are super nice and knowledgeable here. Unfortunately the front desk personnel is the complete opposite. Not sure where the old front desk worker went but she should come back and retrain this one.
