Paulies Coal Fired Pizza

I called in my order for me to go pick it up. They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes and that's when I arrived and picked up my pizza. I got home in less than 5 minutes and when we opened the pizza it was not hot and it was undercooked. Kind of soggy and not crisp. Overall it was very disappointing for a large pepperoni pizza for 25 dollars. We had been so excited about finding Coal Fired Pizza in Hilton Head because we have eaten it many times in New York City and Phoenix. Maybe eating in would be a different experience but I am not willing to try it.

The service could have been faster, but the pizza was the best I've ever had. Try the Matthew's Chicken Parmesan Pizza or the The Angelo Pie - really original pairing of ingredients. Can't say much more than best pizza ever.

Will never returm. Took one of our families there. Took forever to get our "OK" food. Seems like takeout is more important to them. Good luck

This place is a joke. They need to close their business. Worst experience we've ever had, I can't write anything good about them. All I can say is avoid at all costs. Pizza is ridiculously priced high, and staff is very rude.
