Replaced part of my HVAC system in the attic, and now I have insulation blowing throughout the house. They came back to add mastic on top of their work instead of getting to the route cause. They also sliced open ducts to adjust dampers and the taped them shut. So, we're breathing in glass fibers thanks to poor workmanship, deceptive practices, and lazy people at this company. If you use them, check their work. You have been warned.

Our upstairs unit went out while we were sleeping. When i woke up it was 80. I was referred to these guys by a friend. I called at 8:47 am and left a vm. Mark called me back before noon. I explained the situation and he said he would do his best to get to us today. They arrived before 3:00. Replaced the capacitor and we were up and running by 3:30. Will definitely use these guys again!. Very happy customer.

Very disappointed. Had them out to replace a coil, they did it quickly, but never replaced line filter (which is a standard practice anytime the line is opened). Not sure they pressure tested the system, just filled it up and left. I had them out separately to quote a whole York system - they came, got system details, but never provided the quote. They said they had registered the warranty on the coil. I had asked for an email or something so I had proof of the repair if I needed the warranty down the road. Never got that, nor an invoice stating coil was replaced. I checked recently and they never registered the warranty so I had to do it myself. Very disappointing.

Scam. They charged quite a bit of money and did a sloppy job with no care at all. My air quality went from bad to worse. Now, I also have moisture on the air vents, which means it's in the ducts.. The system was not sealed properly despite a second trip out to "resolve" my issue. They did less than the bare minimum and hoped I would not notice. I put my health and the health of loved ones at risk by using this company. We are paying for it now..
