C&R automotive always exceeds my expectations! I brought in my 2006 Ford Escape for an oil change and a tire rotation this time. They had me in and out in a reasonable timeframe. I appreciate the fact that no matter what type of maintenance Ive had done at C&R theyve always completed every repair with quality in mind. I highly recommend them if your looking to get any automotive repairs done.

1st, the service member when I called Wed. night said I could drop my car off, and it would be seen 1st thing in the a.m. Not worked in as he later tried to say he claimed. 2nd, I told him there was an issue with the ac, and instead of explaining the process that would take place at and the price that it would be, at any point before doing said process and getting approval, he just did it which basically makes the customer culpable of paying even if they were not ready to pay in that moment or if they wanted to shop around to see if there could possibly be a better price around. Then, I spoke with the owner to ask if this was their standard practice, and he was just rude. He decided to only prop up his employee instead of treating me as a respectful paying customer. The bottom line is that this shop is, to say, in the nicest possible way, UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Customers Beware!
