Very busy, but the store was still clean and the employees were still pleasant to deal with

Usually when a store says they close at 8:00 p.m. that's when they close. But undoubtedly that's not the case with this store. I can't remember the exact date but it was the day of their big candle sale I showed up at 7:53 p.m. and was not allowed to go in the store I was turned away as well as several other people that came in behind me. I work in retail myself and my store closes at 5:30 p.m. if I have a customer that shows up at 5:29 p.m. they come in. They're treated just like if they had showed up any other time today. But the reason I was late on the day of the candle sale it's because I had been sitting in the emergency room with my mother for about three and a half hours because she was in the hospital visiting my brother and as she was leaving she fell in the hospital. If you're going to post hours stick to those hours if you're going to close at 7:53 p.m. then put that as your closing time don't put 8:00 p.m. and then not let anybody in after a certain time before that because that's just not right. I enjoyed coming into your store and so did my son I've spent a good bit of money in there but we're customer service is concerned the store is greatly lacking! Thanks
