As a platinumum preferred installer Mighty Dog roofing did some Owens Corning warranty repairs for our HOA from another companies install. They identified the errors and provided the info for our warranty cllaim. Owens Corning was able to quickly approve and Mighty Dog conducted the repairs. Joel who did the repair work seamed very knowledgeable and verified the source of the leak was repaired. They will be our choice when we have roofing issies

Mighty Dog replaced our roofs boots and vents. They were able to send someone out within 2 days of us deciding to move forward with the repairs. Nate was very communicative, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.

I called on 1/9/2024 and scheduled a appointment with Mighty Dog Roofing to come out on 1/10/2024 to look into a roof leak repair. The technician called me on 1/10/2024 to say he was going to check it out earlier than the scheduled time although no one would be home until later in the afternoon. He said he would give me an update afterwards. To date, I have not heard anything from anyone. This is very unprofessional and not a good look for the business. Unreliability can really damage your reputation. I could have scheduled another company to come out to get the repair done instead of relying on Mighty Dog Roofing, especially because more rain was scheduled for Friday.
