        Terrible service. It takes the company weeks to respond to requests and replenish medical supplies. Reliant is not reliable!

        Should be named "Un-reliant"! They deliver used equipment at new equipment prices. their equipment breaks down and it takes forever for them to answer calls and fix equipment. The agents are rude. Took 6 months to order one small wheel for a chair. Then when the chair was not functioning properly, it took ten weeks and many phone calls for them to say the insurance wouldn't pay for repairs that allegedly cost upwards of $900.00! Contact "Air Care"! Much better company than "Reliant"!
