Anyone looking for insurance coverage can feel confident in working with Henry Mashburn and his team. I have had an auto policy with them since 2020, and recently used them for my home insurance as well as the addition of another vehicle. I have worked most closely with Tiffany, who is such a gem. Besides being a wonderful and kind individual, she is an expert in her field and always goes above and beyond. She is easy to get ahold of but on the rare occasion she is unavailable she is quick to get back to me. When we were obtaining our home policy, she promptly let us know exactly what was needed from us, immediately got in contact with our mortgage officer, and ensured everyone was on the same page every step of the way, handling the legwork and making the process a breeze. She is incredibly patient and thorough, just recently taking the time to review our coverages with me in detail to ensure we are getting the best rate possible.
