        Upon receiving conflicting information from several claims reps and a refusal to discuss a rental car because the assigned rep was out for four days, I called the agent for assistance and he said I would need to talk with a claims rep.

        I've been using his agency for decades and he's awesome in my opinion. His offices are open to allow for wheelchairs and not enclosed cubicle like others. He or his staff let me know if any questions arise from the policies that could change and get in touch with me on updates and more.
