I'm a deaf person. I switched plans in February and its in the middle of March. Didn't get my insurance card because they didn't mail it out yet. Got my daughter to call and they gave her my policy number. Went to pick up my meds and my pharmacy call explaining that I was deaf. Still they told her to tell me I still had to call them. How can a deaf person call when they can't hear what they're saying????
