        My Sweetheart had flowers delivered to me from Petals & Co. and I was so impressed and so happy, and of course my bouquet was so beautiful!! He said they helped him pick out what he ordered, they were so professional and very kind. He will definitely order from there again. I can't wait to go to their shop to thank them personally.

        $112 for dead weeds. Never have I ever received flowers that were trimmed with dead leaves. My husband said something while he was there, but they didnt offer a resolution.

      I have reached out to you to try and correct whatever the problem is with the arrangement your husband ordered and picked up from my shop. You went on Facebook and made derogatory comments on a half dozen pictures without once talking to us so we could try to remedy the issue. I requested you post a picture so I could see the problem. I also spoke to all of the girls up front and your husband never addressed any issues with the arrangement. Had he they would have brought it to me immediately to correct. I have offered to replace the arrangement but instead of coming to some kind of a compromise you chose to belittle my work and my shop. Unfortunately during a large volume holiday like Valentine’s issues can happen. I am sorry that you are unhappy and we would still like to rectify your issue.
