I have nothing good to say about Action Bolt And Supply Rock Hill.
No one at the City Counter and you have to walk around to find help 50% of the
time. Someone will eventually see me and they ask me if I need help. Why no, I don't. I just came in off the street to walk around your warehouse because I have nothing better to do.
Gasket orders are wrong 1/3 of the time. Make the same ones for me over and over but just can't seem to understand how to get them right 100% of the time.
Order critical material 1 week in advance. Show up to get it and no one knows anything about it. Other times I show up 2-3 days later to pick up orders and they aren't complete and I have to wait.
As of today April 10th 2015 I am done with Action Bolt. I will not darken their door again.
