This practice completely dropped the ball on my teenager. We were referred by a highly esteemed pediatrician in the upstate. She has had multiple childhood traumas. She was seen in person once and virtually once. My child is in high school and uses bus transportation, meaning she isn't usually home before 430pm, like many children who use school transportation. Her counselor would not work with us and schedule a virtual appointment after 4 pm. This does not work for the majority of children in school. We were told no one else in the practice would schedule after 4 pm when we requested to see someone else. We waited on the wait list 2 months before she was ever seen. This is part of the reason youth have an issue trusting counseling, she trusted and tried, to be let down. There is a mental health crisis with rising suicide rates and they would not make an appointment after 4pm for children. I will gladly leave this practice and find a company that cares.

This practice did not inform us that the psychiatrist on staff was leaving, so when we called to schedule a new appointment for my daughter, we were told there was no psychiatrist for her to see and no one to refill her prescription. I informed them it would be gross negligence for them to have my daughter go without her Zoloft. They said they could do nothing for me, and wouldn't even refer us to a new practice. This is the most under educated, un professional and pathetic medical practice I've ever dealt with. No one should feel safe sending their child there.
