Did an application, paid $150, and found out I was denied because of "unverifiable" income. All three of my jobs are located in Greenville Co. and are very much verifiable. I’ve emailed MULTIPLE times asking if I could submit further documentation but it’s like since they have my money now my concerns and communication aren’t important. I do not recommend this place at all especially when I emphasized to them I am living out of my car.

I currently live here because I'm stuck in a lease. My A/C has been broke since I moved in in November. They are too incompetent to fix it. Plus my dishwasher has been messed up since I moved in, they put a new one in and it still won't drain sometimes, and the garbage disposal occasionally backs up into it. Also when my fridge messed up and was causing my groceries to spoil it took them a month to fix it. NEVER MOVE HERE, IT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Poor quality of housing, poor amenities, the laundry facilities have not been updated in three years. Rent increases every new lease signing but the quality remains poor. What exactly do I pay them for?

I recently had a great experience with the new maintenance manager Phillip and and his employee Jackie. I needed assistance with my mail and they did everything in their power to make sure I was good!
