Upstate Medical Rehabilitation

I have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. I have been diagnosed by a Rheumatologist but they told me that they couldn't give me any medicine for pain. I had to ask my family doctor to give me pain meds. My family doctor sent me to this pain management. Now I have sciatica and a slipped disk, and I had to make my family doctor's send me to get exrays. No one has asked if I had exrays, I had to tell them to send me. Still no meds. I'm now calling my family doctor and trying to change to a new pain management or see if they will give me the meds themselves.

Do not waste your time at this office!! They do not care about your issues! They don’t care to help! I have non curable kidney disease that causes lots of kidney stones and pain I went to see if they could help keep my treatment plan going that my previous doctor had me on which was helping my quality of life. At the first visit back Dr leblonde was doing my exam and laughed at me being out of alignment while telling the nurse to look and just laugh because of right side being longer. He was condescending and made me feel uncomfortable. He told me he needed all my paper work transferred over from last place but he didn’t even offer me a chiropractor, plexus block or anything to get me started. My previous doctor is far away and I can not see them anymore unfortunately. Long story short they called to tell me they couldn’t help me and discharged me from office. Unless you are dying or have terminal condition just forget it. They lack empathy and they should be shut down to be honest! Find a reputable establishment that has class and cares about people’s well being.

Dave Goldsmith the NP was hateful to my father 5 yrs ago and today hasn’t put the two things together yet that we are related and treats me worse as a patient!!! He has a very calus dry manner.I I can only pray that David Goldsmith is moved a from patient care.His bedside man is very condescending and comes across very heartless and horrible! Patients in pain need understanding and compassion.He needs to put himself in the patient’s shoes for once.We pay too much for bad treatment ......
