Had to take our dog to the while visiting our son in Goose Creek. Got an appointment quickly (within 3 hours of calling) and the service was exceptional.

This veterinarian office is awesome! From the time you check in until check out. Until yesterday we were doing routine visits but my kitty needed to be seen because he wasnt feeling well for several days (vomiting, lack of appetite). I knew that he was becoming severely dehydrated and needed help. They were able to get us in for an early appointment, drew some labs and did an abdominal x-ray. Before noon, we were informed that he had ingested something and needed to have surgery. We were provided with an estimate for the cost upfront. He was on the OR schedule before lunch. After several hours, we got a call saying that it was a penny that had gotten trapped in his small intestine, causing a bowel obstruction. I picked him at 5:30 after receiving detailed post op instructions and they even provided an itemized bill for transparency. They called in to check on him after his surgery to see how he was doing. I am grateful for the care Pumpkin received, this rating is well deserved!
