Rebecca did a fantastic job. I requested to have 3 bathrooms deep cleaned and she was prompt not only with her response but also with booking on such short notice. VERY IMPRESSED! As a mother of 5 we all know how sometimes you just need a extra set of hands to help around the house. Well.... Let me tell you what having Rebecca come in she really left EVERYTHING PRETTY AND PRISTINE. I'm talking places I didn't even know need to be cleaned were cleaned. She was so meticulous and I honestly feel like I came back to a new home. I am beyond thankful for her and when I say a lifelong customer that is exactly what this is now. Rebecca did a fantastic job cleaning my new house! She was responsive, punctual, and went above and beyond when helping me plan my move. The house smelled so clean, the baseboards were sparkling, and the kitchen was spotless. She even had my carpets cleaned as a special request. I’m very pleased with her service. I would NOT recommend this cleaning service to anyone. our home was already a little clean as no one lived there for some months before we moved in but we still wanted a deep clean. we asked for a move in / out clean which she has listed on her website of the things that are covered in a move in / out clean. Originally we were scheduled to have our home cleaned on a friday. she called to reschedule which we were fine with but had movers coming on sunday so we needed our home to be cleaned on saturday. we were so upset upon returning home. if I could post my review with pictures, I would to show how poorly she had done and the clearly missed areas. all the places we keep our food, the inside of the cabinets, the pantry shelves, the fridge, etc were all still dirty and we had to clean it before putting items away. We specifically asked for the tops of our cabinets to be cleaned and when we climbed up, there was still left over plaster from the previous home reno that we easily got up with a vacuum. The great room and kitchen seemed untouched with the corners of our baseboards missed and window sills still having water stains. all of which were easy to come up with one swipe of a wipe. The bedroom closet shelves and door sills still had dirt on them. I could continue to go on about the lack of cleaning that was done. she had posted pictures on facebook about her “pristine” work, some of which were already clean before her cleaning them and others strategically picture to cover the missed stains. Our issue was we had movers coming in the next day and could not reschedule them so we had to clean a lot of the missed areas ourselves because we did not want to move into a dirty house (the whole point of getting a deep clean done). we messaged Rebecca the next day telling her how upset we were with her work with pictures and in some areas a before and after to show how easy and quick it was to clean and she was not willing to work with us on a compromise. we continued to tell her multiple times that we didn’t need our house re-cleaned as we have already cleaned our areas of concern. we did not ask for a full refund either which in all reality should be refunded. If you’re looking for someone to pay close attention to detail, this is not the person to do it. Services: Deep clean, Moving clean
