Could care less about honoring appointments then when called to address issue, said he wouldn’t be on that side of town that day and would rather re-schedule for the next day when that’s not what was discussed.

The general experience with Carolina Appliance Repair was pleasing. All parties I talked with were patient and cooperative. Repairs to the ice maker in my freezer went better than expected. I had the unit replaced twice by another company. This time the service tech was able to simply defrost the unit at ice had formed in the funnel to the ice cube tray along with ice in the bottom of tray. I'm hoping we can make this repair last longer than previous companies' repairs.

Was able to fill out a form on website to request appointment and got a call back very quick - in fact I had also called 5-6 other places and NONE of the other places have yet to even call me back! He was at my house in less than 24 hours and called when he said he would and finally he tested everything and found that if I did choose to repair it, it would be just as expensive as buying a new one so he recommended that I'd be better off buying a new dishwasher with a warranty and did not even charge me a fee at all to come out!!! Easy, Fast, Reasonable and a nice honest guy - will definitely be calling him for any appliance repair I need in the future!
