They lack in promos almost every online promo cant be used at this location and just this one specifically. They dont have any good carry out deals like other locations, def making Spartanburgs location the Go - to. Also one time I ordered a Shaqueroni pizza and called literally less than a min after ordering telling them to cancel cause the app sent it through incomplete via payment details wrong pizza being added and drink missing. My fianc shows up to pick up our correct order only to be scolded by some dirty looking man upset that he made the pizza even though he was the one that answered the phone and said ok about canceling it like dude you just wanted free pizza no need to make a big deal cause you obviously made it anyway to take home. Also, went there at 8:20 to pick up a 2 liter Mountain Dew and the same guy with the greasy ponytail was throwing a hissy fit about how they close at 8:30 like all we wanted to get was a Mountain Dew calm down and it was paid with a card no extra counting he needed to do since it wasnt cash. The card machine does it for you. Not like we did it on purpose the open sign was on so we figured its open right ? He quickly locked the door once we got our drink. Havent seen him back since so maybe that issue was taking care of. If you dont like your job find something else. This location is already a hole in the wall which I feel is for their benefit which is why they can lack in promos since the next Papa Johns is 30 mins down.

Pizza was great. Placed a web order still had to wait 20 minutes after I got there due to only o e person working.

Pizza just wasn't great. Service was polite but not exceptional. Average experience with no ups or downs.
