Scott is the MAN! I don't think of Scott as "Scott Wachtel the Loan Officer", I honestly think of Scott as a trusted advisor that has become a friend. This dude knows what he's doing. 10 out of 10.

Scott was fantastic from the start! He was quick to respond, knowledgeable, a super communicator, and was patient and explained every step from start to finish. He made this experience so great and smooths- we are so thankful for him!

Outstanding people and company! I tried the 'lure you in' sites like AmeriSave, American Mortgage, Quicken etc. and they all were higher rates with smooth talking salesmen trying to convince you that they are the only place in the world to get the best loan. BAH! Fairway killed them all and on top of it, when you call someone actual answers instead of being put through the voicemail party line because the shady places stack several people on 1 salesman. If you want personal service and professional business with attention to detail then look no further. I highly recommend Fairway and the Charlotte office! Ask for Tiffany, she rocks!

Scott Wachtel and his team at Fairway are a pleasure to work with. Each step of the way was well communicated and communicated in an understandable way. There were no surprises at the initial closing of our house and no surprises after refinancing a mortgage thru Fairway. Scott and his team provided professional support and I look forward to doing business with Scott and Fairway in the future.
