I engaged Trimnal and Myers for the home closing process. Subsequently, I uncovered discrepancies in the sellers' disclosure regarding roof leaks. Unfortunately, my attempts to seek assistance from Trimnal and Myers have been met with complete unresponsiveness. It appears as though they are aware of the sellers' lack of honesty and are reluctant to provide support to a paying client. Despite my requests, they have refused to furnish the sellers' mailing address. Attached is a photograph from a neighbor, illustrating that the sellers had a tarped roof before selling the property. They had also were not honest about the amount of time the house was unoccupied.
