We heard about Kirk Klaas with the Coleman Agency through a local radio station;WIXE. We have used him for the past two years for our Medicare insurance.At first, facing Medicare and the different plans was nerve racking. Kirk came over and went through the different plans and what they offered. He strived to find the best plan that suited each of us. My husband went with Original Medicare and a supplement plan; I went with a Medicare Advantage Plan. We have both been pleased with the plans we chose along with the professionalism and guidance from Kirk. We highly recommend the Coleman Agency.

Mr. Klaas is everything you could ask for when attempting to make a very important decision in life such as Medicare coverage. He takes the time to listen intently and offer advice without directing the outcome of this personal decision. He fully explained the pros and cons of each and every option. His follow up emails, texts and phone calls regarding the decision I have made are always to my benefit and to make sure that I have all of the information to make this smooth transition to Medicare.
