    Tracey Reynolds is one of the best. My clients presented them with some challenging closings and they tackled them like nothing. Attorney Tracey, attorney John and the entire team are simply amazing. They went above and beyond to help my clients and myself. Whenever I had a question or concern, they addressed it in a timely manner and with professionalism. It enjoyed coming to the appointments because I always felt welcome there. Bottom line, I just cant thank them all enough.

    Ms. Reynolds office was very slow in getting closing documents for me to review and was finally given to me the day before closing. Which, I found an error in a charge that wasn't suppose to be on the closing statement. I also sent several emails to Tracey Reynolds about not receiving the closing statement early enough to review but responded they work quickly as possible

Dear Mrs. Fitzgerald, I was hopeful that prior to posting my response, I would have the opportunity to speak with you. We have called you several times and emailed asking for the opportunity to discuss with you your experience to include feedback throughout the entire transaction. I, as the attorney on-call during the Christmas holidays, received your email that you were disappointed you did not receive the settlement statement for the sale of your property prior to the Christmas holiday. The statement had not received lender approval prior to the holiday, and our policy is to release upon lender approval. After our communication, I followed your file very carefully all the way through closing, including authorizing the release of a seller side statement the morning our office re-opened after the holiday. Both your purchase and sale closed as scheduled with keys and seller funds being provided at the closing table. The $35 wire fee we listed was promptly returned when we learned you would prefer a check versus a wire. I contacted our team attorney after your closing to inquire if the closing went well and you were pleased with the results, and his response was that the closings went very well and all the parties left in good spirits. We were disheartened to receive your review 5 days following closing. Our office policy is to release the settlement statements to the parties once we have lender approval so that there are no surprises with required last-minute lender modifications. Holiday closings are always challenging in working with multiple parties and here we received the approval after the Christmas holiday yet again in plenty of time for both closings to close as scheduled with funds and keys being disbursed at the time of closing. This required being on record for the NC transaction and a corrective deed out of the property you were selling from a prior owner we coordinated with no charge. Based on your feedback, we have meet as an office to made modifications to our policies to assist with the holiday closings of our office, the lender offices as well as banks and courthouses. 1. We will shorten the time our office is closed for the Christmas holiday. 2. One closer in addition to an attorney will be on-call to be able to respond to any client concerns. 3 Seller side only statements will be offered/available with attorney approval as was approved in your case the morning our office reopened.
