Truck Service of Florence

Man when I tell you guys this company came through for me. They came super quick and the whole ride he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He knew I was already on edge from being in a crazy city. He took very good care of me. As my company grows they will be getting all my business and money. I wont hesitate again to call them when Im down in Florence area! Gave me a ETA of an hour and was there in 30mins. Thank you guys sooooo much for getting me taken care of.

I needed an alignment on my truck so I decided to use truck service of Florence. Tom came out and showed me everything was worned out under my truck he showed me every part he had to fix it and he showed me he's equipment to balance my drive shaft. I was very impressed and satisfied how my truck ride so smooth now. They are very nice and Honest mechanics. I have a 2006 chevy c4500 ambulance turned tiny home on wheels. 7 days ago my fuel tank started leaking. Every Chevy in this tiny town was booked out two weeks or wouldnt touch my truck due to the weird nature of it. I called Tom at Florence truck service and although they work on big big rigs, he told me to come in. After a few hours of diagnostics, we determined a new tank was needed since mine was so rusted. These guys did everything they could to fix my problem, and they let me stay on their property for a week while we waited for the tank to arrive.They were nothing but kind, funny, and generous. They take the jobs that other shops are too scared to do. I could go on an on but this review is already too long. Thanks guys! Every time I pass through Im coming to see you - Im sure my truck will need some kind of work!

Warning: my husband truck was towed from this company and when towed he was told that price depended on time(hours) of towing. Well apparently when they towed his truck to a shop which was only less than 20miles (less than an hour) he was charged $600+. When my husband asked why it was so high the manager stated that the minimum charge was 3hrs!!!! He was unaware of the minimum charge!!! Was never told of the minimum charge at the time of towing!!!! And that's ridiculous!!!....a company is suppose to inform the costumer the minimum pay before towing!!!! And this company did not!!! I would give this a 0 star if that was an option. We live less than an hr and half away from this shop, and if we knew that was the minimum than they could of took his truck closer to home!!! I do not recommend this shop as they DO NOT give adequate information! And my husband tried calling them back and asked if they could just tow it back near home but they declined and offered my husband to pay an EXTRA $400+ for towing. Warning to all other costumers!!!
