Budget Truck Rental

First mistake.. I didnt past attention to the reviews about THIS particular location. Second mistake I trusted the people and never documented the mileage leaving and bringing the truck back. They over charged me mileage!! My advise do not trust these ppl, document everything!!!!! I will never rent from them again.. I wish I would have read the reviews before but lesson learned!!!

They said I used 109 miles over the 122 miles I paid for when i rented the truck to move from Charlotte, NC to Florence, SC. They charged me an extra $145 on top of the $236 I paid when I rented the truck. I'm so disappointed in them. I will never use them again nor do I recommend anyone else to use them!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would have...I RESERVED a moving truck 4 days (6-6-18) before I actually needed it. I went to pick it up today (6-10-18) but when I got to the pickup location the man at the counter told me there were actually no trucks available for me today. When i called customer service they told me that it would take about 2 more hours to find an available truck for me & I honestly didnt have any extra time to wait with what Im trying to get done today. They will never get anymore of my services, EVER!!!
