I called about an appointment with this business and the lady that answered was very rude. I wont spend my money with that type of business. If youre not a people person then hire someone who is.

Called about a backed up and leaking dishwasher at 3:30 and it was fixed by 4:30. Super nice staff and very reasonable rates! Locally owned.

There is a reason why Jacob's Plumbing has been serving Florence for decades.  Their Service and non-nonsense approach to business.  Discovered I had a water line leak in the wee hours of morning and when I called before operation a real person answered.  No answering machine, No answering service when you are depending on a 3rd party to relay important and severe conditions to the company on your behalf.  The live person listened to the problem, took my contact information and told me they would have some there in the morning to evaluate.  And they followed through and delivered.  Second person on the morning list and they sent an experienced plumbing expert.  Asked the right question, evaluated the situation and went to work fixing the line.  Very personable and explained everything in simple terms.  You never know when you may need a plumber, but this company needs to be in your contacts or bookmark this page for their contact information.Gret job, Jacob's Plumbing and a big thank you for coming to my aid.
