I am now looking for a different place in Florence to have the oil changed in our Subaru Outback. What used to be Xpress Lube at Second Loop and Damon, which we have used for years, is under new management and is totally different. Told me one price and then charged 20 plus dollars more. Claimed they did something differently, but certainly didn’t tell me beforehand. Nobody could wait in the lobby. No only did they not put down paper mats to keep the floor clean, they did not vacuum the interior. Caveat emptor. Service: Oil change

Unfortunately this used to be a great place but now it takes too long. They used to get me out in no time. It really has not been the same since Chad left. I will be looking for other options.
