They started off great, but as soon as we signed on the dotted line communication failed. The contractors they use are horrible and unprofessional and we are currently going on 5 months since we signed and still not in our home. Had to go retain an attorney again spend more money to force them to do their job. I would never refer anyone to this place.

Put our down payment on our house june 2020, our house was built and delivered to the lot march2021. Our house sat on the lot until January 2022. When they finally brought the house, they rutted up the neighbors sod field, which has yet to be fixed after numerous attempts. The house was brought, blocked up and strapped, and been a paper weight since. The marriage line has failed inspection twice now, to which the contractor is trying to band aid it, and sprayed foam in the cracks on the floor instead of actually moving it closer to fix it. There is mold on the ceiling in the master bedroom, and discovered last night 4 more wet spots in the ceiling. There are holes and bolts everywhere to which that is there fix is just put a bunch of bolts through everything to fix it. Its impossible to get a callback, when I do talk to someone there going to look into it. 2 years and we still are not in our house, and doesnt look to be anytime soon. My wife is battling stage 2 breast cancer and going through chemotherapy treatments and this has done nothing but cause more and more stress on both of us.
