I'm very pleased with the arrangement she made she made it for my aunt that passed away I didn't really know what I wanted I just give her some ideas and she made a beautiful arrangement up I'm very satisfied and all the family love the flowers too they thought they were beautiful thank you so much for making that day a very special for me

I was very happy with the arrangement I got for my wife from here & I paid to have it delivered to her job this day for our anniversary that was a special occasion!!The only complaint I have is the delivery person didn't make sure they were given to her!!Instead someone else on her job with the same exact first name as my wife!Even though her full name was put on the card insert but fortunately for us a nice lady on her job brought them to our home so she could get her flowers!!!

I am very disappointed. I have never had this experience from a florist before. I placed an order on Friday to be delivered this morning at 10. However the order was cancelled and I received emailed at 11:55 with a reason of "unavailability of your specified florist". So, I tried to contact them for an explanation of why they did not contact me earlier so I could make other arrangements. No answer. I am sorry that is poor business. Now I have to contact another florist to have my request taking care by today.

I recently moved to Florence and had no idea who to use for a florist. I work at the local hospital and kept an eye on flowers sent to patient's and what florist they came from. I'd send pics to my husband for future reference. Today, he sent me flowers for Valentine's Day from Tallys and they are gorgeous!! I will definitely use them again!

They don't complete orders, and they don't answer the phone when you call to ask about it! What kind of business are they running??
