They are rude and nasty Ive brought my car up there 5 different times since I brought it in February and they act like youre the problem when you want your car fixed. The women in the front have attitudes and they text me about $11!!! I truly made the wrong decision

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! (And I will not be taking this post down this time!) Ive literally had problems with this car since the day I bought it! Like Ive put at least 4-5K in this car between the transmission, brakes, alternator, AC repair, 4 failed tuneups, fuel pump and now the heater core and thermostat! These ppl will care until your well outside any window they feel theyre obligated to actually help. I have a whole laundry list of complaints so if you have a moment please read. 1. Lied about my car payment arrangements 2. After driving the car off the lot more issues other than the hairline crack in the windshield and bad wipers that they said they would take care of. The wiring in the car was so bad, my charger adapter didnt work and the sound would go out once the car got above 55 mph and the speaker on the passenger side was out completely. I texted the salesman that night and the next day listing my issues with the car and told him I wanted to be put in something different. He told me that he would talk to his manager which I dont believe he did because he ended up telling me I shouldve said something when I got the car but theyll make the repairs on what needed to be fixed. So at that point, I posted a review about my experience thus far and how I wouldnt recommend them to anyone no matter how desperate they were because they will take advantage! Well that got their attention because when I went back for my salesman to make this list of repairs he told me his manager asked him to speak with me about taking my post down because it reflected negatively on the business. I told him I wanted a different car he told me that was a no go since Id been in the car for five days at that point. But they would repair everything and even get my speakers fixed. I just had to be patient with them, take the review down and give them a chance to make it right. They told me they would reimburse me for the remotes I brought because they only gave me the one key to start the car with. Which I never got. But to wrap this up this car continues to have problems even now the car isnt drivable and I call when I have issues with the car but they always tell me that because Ive had the car going on three years this august they can only diagnose it but for a fee. And even still theyll ask when can I come in to make a payment. Because it doesnt matter if they sell you a bad car. You sign the line so youre stuck with it. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
