I did add 2 starts because the She Crab soup was delicious and a redeeming factor for our visit. We are out of town and based on Google reviews we decided to try. I wish wed have tried another place. Regretfully, we both had the all you can eat oysters. This place should really invest in an oyster washer. Ive never had oysters so muddy and filthy in my life. And Ive had a lot of oysters. Also, the first batch we got was severely undercooked, none of the oysters were even open so we send them back to be reheated. Received oysters back and they were acceptable but still a majority were unopened. Second batch same thing. I threw in the towel and gave up when I ate a rotten one. When asked by our waiter I expressed we were not exactly happy with our oysters and were still charged 112 when we barely ate any oysters. In all we probably ate a small pan together. No apologies or sincere regret from staff and not even an offer of a discount at least. I would have been embarrassed to hand someone a $112 bill for what we ate and after expressing our unhappiness. Had my boyfriend not been with me, as he didnt want me to say anymore, I would have raised hell when handed the bill. I am not one that is hard to please believe me, the oysters were unacceptable. Not sure if this is just how they eat them in SC or what but what we received aint it.

We both ordered the Scallops St Pierre. It was outstanding! The portions were large enough so we each had enough for dinner again! The green beans that were the vegetable of the day were actually cooked perfectly! The hush puppies had little pieces of corn and were the perfect, Crip outside and soft inside, bite. Never had hush puppies made like that before. The waiter was on top of it and very friendly. It was a perfect birthday dinner!
