        Action Pawn did a weapons transfer for me and they were outstanding. Called me the minute the firearm came in, all the paperwork done without a hitch. Very pleasant folks and great service.

        The Guy that works there is good. His wife, I would say very unprofessional. Wife does not know how to correctly test for 22k gold, and said my gold chain was not testing therefore no loan. I would suggest not bringing any gold to this shop and if so have the husband look at it not the older women inside.

        The women looked at my old wedding rings and said they were fakes so I went to paces they said those were black diamonds and gave a large amount of cash.these people don't know what there doin

      I’m the one who tested your necklace. Your necklace did not test real. I have been doing this for 30 years so I am pretty confident that I know how to test gold. I am sorry we could not loan you money on your plated or under karat necklace. My husband has only been working here with me for a couple of years which is why he asked me to double check it for him instead of just turning you away when he tested it. I hope your financial troubles improve or that you were able to find another to receive help. Hope you have a blessed day.

      I believe what we told you was they were set in Platinaire and we only deal with precious metals as being gold and silver. We did not at anytime dispute that your diamonds were real. We are a business and can only give money on items we can make a profit. I am sorry we could not purchase your items from you but I am very happy for you that you found someone that could.
