Danfoss in Easley is not a bad place to work but the management is terrible . They dont communicate and expect you to just know how to do something. Very unprofessional their tcs which are leads dont know how to talk to people they pick and choose who they like or dislike, which is straight discrimination.

Awful place to work. I had NO MANAGER on second shift and the stupid broad they had "training" me lied about what I was doing. If you can trick the testing machines into passing a part that has just failed, they're fine with it. DO NOT TRUST this gross overinflated good ol' boy business.

This company hires with temporary agency & the sup Ginga is a very picky manager he didn't even let me finish training before letting me go. I was still with the trainer & she could have given bad feed back. My point is i never seen a company end yr assignment while learning the job that is a lot to learn. I enjoyed the job its self but again they want u to be fast building while learning how to build the parts no time to work on speed as you learning the job. This is what they care about not quality. Work hrs are 10hrs 6 days a week ,as well on the side i worked, but that's if u make it through training. Company needs to work on expectations they require especially when attendance is nit a problem. Sadly I cannot recommend this job.
