This is absolutely the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with in all my time. I attempted to contact the owners to resolve a matter with my grass, and apparently it wasn’t important enough to follow up and more importantly resolve the matter. I would never use this place again if they were the last place on earth and I don’t recommend others use them either.

I worked with this company up until a year ago. When I first started with them, they were very accommodating and reasonable in their pricing. As time progressed (a two-year period), they got slacker and slacker. Business was booming for the owner, as he was taking on more and more commercial jobs. The final year of their employ with me, they barely did the basics in my yard and the prices went up for ??????? The few times I asked them to trim the shrubbery, the price doubled and the work was sloppy and uneven. I was charged for services I never even received. The final blowout was my sprinkler system. It wasn't working properly, leaking somewhere, and I asked them to send someone out to look at it. I never saw the attendant, and they charged me $80, telling me there was nothing wrong with it. I called another company, and they discovered where a pipe had burst and was leaking water. I wrote several letters and got only a sweet note informing me of the charges. They never held themselves accountable for their bad work! Consumer beware!!
