LOVE the physician and her staff! Multiple meal plans (not just Keto for example like other places I looked into), they include some food, vitamins and medication and it’s part of their per visit cost! I priced other places and this by far is the best deal. You see the same doctor every time you’re there! Im actually sticking to my plan, this is the most realistic place I’ve found. Nobody looking down at you, nobody pushing you, nobody judging you etc. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Dr Lyons is very knowledgeable. Just as important, she truly cares. She tailors the program to fit into your life while teaching skills to keep the weight off. The office staff is very non-judgmental. They realize that slips are opportunities to learn not reasons to be scolded. I highly recommend Waistlines and Dr. Lyons.

After getting nowhere with a national clinic out of state, I went to Dr Lyon and through her I dealt with my metabolic syndrome and lost weight but also felt better. She knows much more about how to deal with insulin resistance than most doctors.
The people in her office are non judgemental and do a good job of making you feel good about coming to see her.
I would recommend her highly.
