        Improper removal of lugnuts. I hand tightened the lugnuts with a wrench. They couldn't remove the last lugnut with a power tool because they were doing it wrong... and kept called the lug nut a stud. Opted for a brake fluid flush and got my car back with a faulty clutch. They get 1 star for admitting they made a mistake in ordering the wrong tires. 1 star for mounting them in the right direction.
