The Grout Master

Marty worked on two projects for us. Project 1 - Walk-in Shower cleaning and grout removal/ repair. Replaced our shower vent for high capacity vent - for the size of our shower. Bathroom granite counters - clean, polish and sealed. Marty took time to explain what he planned to do and updated us if the schedule/plan changed. He even asked if he could return to improve his work, because he wasn’t satisfied with the outcome. Project 2 - kitchen granite counter tops cleaned and polished and resealed. Marty was great from beginning to end. He was prompt in responding to my request for an estimate to get the grout in my kitchen and master bath cleaned and in scheduling the work. He showed up when he said he would and worked steadily throughout the day with little disruption even while I was working from home. Remarkably, there was little to no mess. He made some rough looking grout in the kitchen look new again and not only did a great job cleaning the bathroom grout but also repaired some spots. To top it off, he left me with tips on how to clean the floors going forward to ensure they continue to look good. Finally, I thought the price was very fair for the work performed. I highly recommend Marty and Grout Master for grout cleaning or repairs.

Service: Marble Restoration and Polishing with some grout work in Master Bath. I called Marty and asked about doing some grout work in our Master Bathroom. He came over, evaluated the situation and made some recommendations about redoing and fixing some areas of the grout, cleaning the shower tiles, grout and the bathroom floors. He broke out all the different work in a quote and was not pushy about what parts of the work we did or didn’t do. He was very detail oriented from discussing the work to be done, to how he actually performed the work. He protected everything around the workspace and cleaned up when the job was finished. For the amount of time spent making our bathroom look like new again we paid a very reasonable price and the work was meticulous and beautiful. Quality, responsiveness, and professionalism all get 5 stars. EXCELLENT job, we highly recommend Marty.
