        Wayne was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the devices and services on hand. And he stayed an extra hour after closing to help with a mistake I made on the phone line

        This place is a joke. But I'm not laughing, I'm pissed. So unprofessional. I am still a customer to metro pcs but only bc I drove 30 miles to another store to get help from a more competent employee
